Communication Gap in between Staff

We had an average experience at NH Collection. The rooms and view were beautiful, but the breakfast was cold and unappealing. Instructions were unclear, and there was a noticeable communication gap among the staff. We were even disturbed in the middle of the night to pay a bill, despite informing them we’d settle it in the morning—we still had two more nights left. The issue clearly stemmed from poor internal communication.

Location was great. All important tourist attractions in colombo city were nearby. Rooms were comfortable with great view. Plenty of options were on offer for morning breakfast. Lot of dining options are available within hotel. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

I recently stayed at the nh colombo with my husband and i must say it was all worth it. The breakfast spread was amazing. The hospitality is on point and the staff is so warm. The only minus point is the lobby which is too small for a five star hotel. We are so grateful to the hotel people for giving us an early check in and a free upgrade. It was our best decision to pick this hotel

familyRecently i have been travel-ling to colombo a lot and i have stayed in all the hotels but i must say nh collection is the best by far. Amazingly clean and well maintained with good staff.
