Global Towers Hotel & Apartments

The place is all broken not maintained well the breakfast is all not good rooms are very bad. Over all very bad experience can’t think about this hotel for my next visit.

Stay was excellent, all staff are polite and hospitality is heartfelt. Nice culinary and chef has great taste for foods and served mouth watering dishes. Overall hoping to stay with them for long but time doesn’t permit… miss you all

The hotel is opp to the sea and sea view rooms though small are adequate. Front line and housekeeping staff are very hospitable. Food options are not available as per our choice. The hotel is little old and needs facelift especially lift areas and entry place.value for money. Was upgraded to sea view room. Thanks to the staff

Room not cleaning not good.

A shabby hotel probably living in the a past glory ) the staff's general response and behaviour is unprofessional. Rooms - they don't have the indian type 3 pin electric sockets. No internet in the room and service call response is poor. The room was a bit unhygienic. They don't even run ac in the lobby. Many better hotels are available on the same sea facing road at similar pricing. Better to avoid this property.

Small rooms , breakfast not good , just bread butter , egg , tea , fruits . Not good for long stay as breakfast remain same everyday

Rooms are extremely small and not up to the mark. Centrally ac does not have remote. Wifi not working in the rooms - which is the most irritating one. Balcony view is really nice. Overall service is really average

I had a stay of 8 nights in this hotei. The location of the hotel is good. Services is also good but the internal furniture's were damaged. Earlier the room offered to me was very small & even there was no cupboard or shelves in the room. After changing the room they shifted me to another room but the cupboard was broken. Hotel need to upgrade their furniture's rest all was ok. I am not sure i will stay again here

Only good thing about the hotel is its location with sea view. Rest all is pathetic. I had to literally shout at the reception to get the complimentary things delivered at the room. I would never never recommend the hotel to anyone. Rooms not cleaned the next day.

The room i booked was sea view room but they given the city view room which i told their staff; but the staff told me this is sea facing only hotel rooms are somewhat outdated washrooms not clean very small rooms.

It was pleasant stay except power cut

Its really good to be their. Perfect hotel

The stay was very relaxing and soothing to the senses. Ambient surroundings made a wonderful glee to the mood.

I feel stay like, palace of Sri Lanka.

The stay was good, even though there are minus like same food menu all 2 weeks, and the ac control is not working.
