Room - Entire floor of smoking rooms available so that's quite a plus with a great view of Galle Face Green. Amenities - Huge swimming pool area, gym, spa all available. Food - Way too food options including 24*7 in room dining, Chinese restaurant, seafood grill bar, coffee shop and buffet Staff - Extremely courteous and helpful staff Safety & Hygiene - A 5* service Overall, there is no better 5* The Kingsbury Colombo I've seen in Colombo than The Kingsbury maybe vegetarian food options can be improved.

We were 3 couples for a single night stay at Kingsbury. We all got complementary upgraded Rooms from Standard Room to Suites. Kingsbury has an excellent Breakfast spread and good location overlooking the Port City and within walking distance to the beachfront and also Shopping Mall. As we wanted to explore the Bally's Casino - the The Kingsbury Colombo concierge arranged complementary rides to the casino and also gave each one of us LKR 5,000 complementary coupons for playing at the casino.

First of All Excellent Location, Very Corteous Staff at Check in, Rooms are Always Spike and Span. Neat and Clean. Linen, towels bathroom very crispy and clean. Marina Sea food Restaurant And Chinese Restaurant Excellent food. Housekeeping Boys were very Courteous and Good. Specially Nushan and Vasanjith. Good Location. Good value for money

Accommodation is great. Very professional service. Breakfast buffet is a hit with a lot of options though it's repetitive. Room service is good. Only improvement could either provide more water bottles or keep the water bottles in the mini refrigerator and you can charge for the same during the checkout.

Kingsbury Hotel is nestled beautifully in Colombo.The exotic view of the ocean on one side from your suite and the dazzling lights of the Shangrila tower on the other side are a treat to watch. Amenities are great and services are prompt. Breakfast was delicious with variety of cuisines.
