Nice comfortable stay

This Pearl Grand By Ratna is very well situated in a nice quiet place in the central colombo. We had a very nice time. The rooms are clean, with no smoking smell, and the beds are very comfortable. Good restaurants and shopping malls close by. The staff at reception, room service and concierge are all very helpful and polite. We would definitely go there again. We highly recommend this place

Thank you for the smooth booking process, after booking we also confirmed from the Pearl Grand By Ratna desk reg our booking as well, which was confirmed but only thing was it takes a few days for the Pearl Grand By Ratna to get our booking confirmed which makes it difficult to book through youll if we have to travel urgently, the location was ideal and food is excellent, thanks once again.

Room is good but turn lighting is very very gloomy. I am an indian and when i asked prior booking the restaurant told that indian food will be available. I paid for breakfast and dinner but after i checked in and i realised that no indian breakfast and indian food is available. Hence if any indian vegetarian then i will suggest don’t take option of lunch or dinner

Very nice locality, near the sea, in 1 km you find indian restaurants like elite indian restaurant, pure veg sri vihar restaurant, hindu temple. The Pearl Grand By Ratna staff is very polite and friendly. The swimming pool on the top floor makes it more impressive. Transport is easily available from the Pearl Grand By Ratna.

Property location is very good. It is close to plenty indian restaurants. The only problem was when i entered the room for the first time there was some kind of smell coming from the floor mats, but after 10-15 minutes the smell was gone. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

We were upgraded to junior suite and the stay was excellent. Top of the line in room facilities, cooperative staff and nice breakfast buffet. Could have had more western options but it was good overall
