Location - good. Food - average. Services - average. They did not even clean the room one day during my stay

Hi, staffs are amazing, cleaniliness of room is in very very bad shapes, cockroaches roaming like flies, dirty batheroom, i out do not disturb sign, been called to check if i have some visitors, i dont know what to say, after paying that much money, experience is really

We were upgraded to junior suite and the stay was excellent. Top of the line in room facilities, cooperative staff and nice breakfast buffet. Could have had more western options but it was good overall

Wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Enjoyed the stay with family. Would recommend this place for friends and family

Bad Experience - 2. Pathetic Room hygiene and condition.

Property location is very good. It is close to plenty indian restaurants. The only problem was when i entered the room for the first time there was some kind of smell coming from the floor mats, but after 10-15 minutes the smell was gone. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

Room is good but turn lighting is very very gloomy. I am an indian and when i asked prior booking the restaurant told that indian food will be available. I paid for breakfast and dinner but after i checked in and i realised that no indian breakfast and indian food is available. Hence if any indian vegetarian then i will suggest don’t take option of lunch or dinner

Thank you for the smooth booking process, after booking we also confirmed from the hotel desk reg our booking as well, which was confirmed but only thing was it takes a few days for the hotel to get our booking confirmed which makes it difficult to book through youll if we have to travel urgently, the location was ideal and food is excellent, thanks once again.

We got 10th floor and the view was amazing. Neat rooms and exotic experience to stay. Place was neat and clean. Food options could have been better for indian tourists.

Room size is good but the layout and furnishing are extremely sub standard. Room feels very dinghy because of poor lighting. No hand towels in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Will not come back

This hotel is very well situated in a nice quiet place in the central colombo. We had a very nice time. The rooms are clean, with no smoking smell, and the beds are very comfortable. Good restaurants and shopping malls close by. The staff at reception, room service and concierge are all very helpful and polite. We would definitely go there again. We highly recommend this place

The air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel offered me another room but with twin beds. After a heated discussion, they offered me another room with a double bed room. The interiors are pretty old. The carpet is dirty and torn off in room 1010.

Very nice locality, near the sea, in 1 km you find indian restaurants like elite indian restaurant, pure veg sri vihar restaurant, hindu temple. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. The swimming pool on the top floor makes it more impressive. Transport is easily available from the hotel.

👍Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms have its private balcony, it makes stay for a smoker much easy & comfortable. The pool & bar on terrace is an amazing place to relax. 👎This property is not a very newly constructed so the place is not a very brand new concept. Also the rooms shown in the pictures might be of that time when this hotel was constructed or renovated. Also in my room T.V. was connected to wifi network which was so poor that I cudn't watch anything for more than 5min. and then it turned off, so I struggled to even watch something, finally the maintenance guy came to fix this issue but next day this problem started again. I hope they fix this TV issues and a few couple of things to retain their guests.

Front desk - good job, room service - good job, room cleanliness - had few bugs, apart from that room and linen quality were excellent, restaurant - food quality and taste were awesome, hote staff- polite, kind and helpful.
