Cinnamon Red Colombo

I staying so many times but this time my experience was very bad, very poor service in check in, they take more than 15 minutes to check in, I booked sea view facing room but they didn’t gave me as per front desk person that we are not bound to booking we are looking availability at our side, I was wondering how they are to me. Secondly there was no sofa in room, in room there was only shampoo and soap. Very bad attitude really that make me sick. I requested for sofa but they didn’t provide. At the checkout time they took unnecessary too much time. I would not suggest any one to go there.

Good hotel, we got a good deal too. Quick check and luggage delivery. Room is good with nice view. Modern aesthetics. Very comfortable stay and location. But no tie ups with casinos etc. dental kits werent provided but delivered on request. Room service food was reasonable and good too but given in disposables which they mentioned on the menu itself. We were asked to pay upfront instead of at check out which was unusual. But overall good experience and would love to stay again

Everything was just excellent

The food was ok and the Service was slow. The stay was Good and the rooms were comfortable.

They charge very high for refilled drinking water. No food available during evenings.

Cinnamon is a very nice hotel. Prime location. Rooftop bar and pool is a great place to hang out in the evening. Food is good. Staff is very polite and supportive. Overall a nice place to stay in Colombo

My 2nd time at same hotel . Starting from Check in to checkout everything was smooth . Gym , swimming pool , roof top bar , restaurant, staff . Everything is perfect . Very hard to find anything wrong .

⸻ I had a fantastic stay at Cinnamon Red, Sri Lanka! 🌟 The location is superb—right in the heart of Colombo with beautiful views from the rooftop. The food at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety, especially the breakfast spread. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The rooftop infinity pool and gym were definite highlights. Staff were friendly, responsive, and ensured a smooth stay. Would highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travellers!

Property was average with basic facilities, breakfast for vegetarian options was very limited

Location is good. It’s centrally located near to super market and commercial area. Good option were many in breakfast and it’s if good quality. Housekeeping and all other services were up to the mark

The stay here was very comfortable, though the rooms were on the smaller side albeit as expected. They gave us a room on the 25th floor where we had an excellent 360 degree view of downtown Colombo. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On our last day there was a storm and due to the heavy winds the glass doors of the gym shattered as some plastic chairs were swept midair and hit these glass doors. The glass broke and the glass shards fell into the swimming pool and due to that the pool had to be closed for maintenance The hotel management hence had to close the top floor where the pool was for maintenance and repairs. They arranged for us to go to Cinnamon Grand Hotel to access their lovely swimming pool. All in all our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely return to stay at the Cinnamon Group of Hotels We only had breakfast in the hotel and the spread was very vast and the food was very good.

Stay was good. People were nice. Not value for money. Price was too high compared to other nearby properties. Location is not that much suitable. The food was ok , and needed improvement , price was high compared to other good properties arround.

This is good. Nice view from the room like Columbus tower and high rise buildings. Little bit Costly.

Stay was excellent, food quality was also good, most focus on non veg food but tied to balance the meal for vegetarians. The hotel staff response was very good. Enjoyed panorama view from my room window. overall good experience. Must go again.
