Terrible Stay

They gave our room to someone else and asked us to share a room with a stranger. When I denied the offer as travelling with my wife and kid then they gave a downgraded room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

familyThe property is beautifully located right on the Marine drive, in front of the Indian Ocean. We had booked the Signature Sea Facing room and the room was even BETTER than what I had seen in the photos. Spacious, clean and a gorgeous view of the Ocean, the hotel has it all. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Inshaf, Front Desk Executive, who took care of even our smallest need. I travelled along with my Mum and sister, and all of us were deeply satisfied with our stay. Important Information for anyone reading this: 1. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel ( a cafe, a buffet/ a la carte restaurant and a rooftop bar cum restaurant) and food options are plenty. The food is really good and comes at a reasonable price (as compared to other places that we explored). 2. The staff is extremely courteous and even arranges for sightseeing tours at different price. If anyone is taking a trip to Kandy, Pinawalla or Galle, ask for Mr. Udeesha. He is the best. We made two full day trips with him and honestly, it was the safest and warmest experience we have had ever. 3. The washrooms are clean and regular housekeeping is maintained. 4. While booking, select the sea facing rooms. It comes at a higher price than other rooms but definitely worth every penny. 5. Options for breakfast buffet is available. The spread is good 👍🏻
