Location is good.I have booking hotel online but one big problem when we enter the hotel manager asking deposit Indian money nine thousands I can’t understand why he want security deposit I told him if we have not available money then who can we cancel booking.and what is the fun for deposit

Decent place for the budget traveller, absolutely clean place with all the necessities. Situated in a nice locality. Modest breakfast menu, rooftop restaurant also is fine. Many eateries nearby, overall fine.

Its a good option for families as you will get a great amount of privacy while staying. Do not expect services to be top like staying in a hotel. The best way is to book online as the rates are much lower compared to booking at site.They told they will be having sea view apartments but they din't provide. As I checked in late night and I had a flight next day I asked for late checkout by a couple of hours but they were so adamant that they can't do anything or else I will have to pay half the rooms rate for extending max of 3 hrs. Overall the stay was pleasant rooms are neat. The A/c s are below capacity for the room for the monsoons and winter I hope its ok but for summers it must be bad.

The bed is broken. Ac too small for the room. Sockets not friendly to indian plugs.

For a business hotel the room was very clean and comfortable.. The price was very reasonable. The pool was clean but could have been manned. The breakfast was amazing with both English breakfast as well as local cuisine for choice.. Overall was a very good experience..

Apartment was ok, we had assistance when required. Staff at reception were helpful. Appearance can be refurbished to improve the apartment. Overall location is good to buy food and shopping in Colombo. Easy access to Dehiwela and Colombo 3. Pool was closed. We only hired a one bedroom with other amenities.

Its value for money. Located very near to all common eating places and shopping areas. Rooftop gives a splendid ocean view. Swimming pool at roof top was very well maintained. Food experience was just good as South Indian breakfast can also included in Buffet. Rest all well.

Hotel was good and value for money, We enjoyed our stay there.

It is a nice apartment and they gave us the sea facing one. Clean and spacious. It is 40 km away from the airport, so it will take 1.5 hours to reach the airport. No complimentary breakfast. Great location for shopping.

The worst experience ever I had. Services, food, support from staff and hospitality is no where compare even with local hotels in Colombo.

Continental breakfast, nice choice of breads, but food which should be hot is cold and no option for vegetarians. Too much industrial food nothing much healthy there and prices are too high. Apartment is well furnished, kitchen, washing machine, all one needs.

My second visit at Supun arcade. A great place, well located and, as soon as the pool will be back available delicious. The food could be better. The kitchen a bit better equipped but all around good place and washing machine most appreciable.

Excellent hotel. Worth more than the money we paid. Neatly maintained hotel. Poor service. Beautiful and excellent swimming pool. Overall a pleasant place to stay. Good and caring travel desk. Askar the travel manager guided us in a right way.
