Small but decent and clean room. Staff very polite and helpful. Toilet and bathroom are clean and properly maintained.

Nice stay in a prime location area and easily accessible to all the major places - hotels, malls, shopping areas and especially it's near to beach.

Gsh colombo is located in a prime place, near to the shoreline and several eateries. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are near and clean and the staff are very courteous. Food in gsh is authentic and over all it is a pleasant family friendly location. The only concern is that it has no parking facility and on the galle road, which is always busy.

The hotel was located in a great location with lot of eating options available in and Around the hotel. The hotel rooms are small and compact good for a small family. The room had a geyser, ac, locker, hair dryer and kettle all working properly. The room had few constraint was not having a fan and size can be issue. The hotel cleaning service and room cleanliness is top notch.

Pathetic staff. Through MMT we booked hotel super deluxe room and they give low grade room and didn't inform us. Pathetic service.

Room services are really bad, if you ask or order anything they will never provide you anything in one go and you need make a call 2-3 times. hHwever, for checkout they didn't take even 5 min to take your luggage. Reviews and picture uploaded on Make my trip are not exactly same and they really need to work on their services.
