Amari Colombo Sri Lanka

Hotel stay was good, it's location, it's cleanliness, staff behavior everything was good, But the breakfast was not upto the mark and no change in daily menu every day they served the same type of food, they can do better than they are serving

Amari Colombo has Amazing food and location checking in was super smooth and rooms are spacious. Cudnt try the food as i had an early morning flight. Facilities were as expected. Would recommend Amari again.

It’s a business hotel and not good for leisure… small pool and no recreational activities at all… No gym, No walking space, no games, Just a straight tower… Only the savior was the room and view which was good

Shortage of water bottles in the room, pathetic breakfast, particularly for the Indians coffee, worst coffee including a cappuccino machine

Our first time in the Hotel Amari, Colombo and we are super happy. The location is excellent. The hotel is very nice with nice view and fantastic amenities. The service is great.

The properties, new and everything is so perfect. The breakfast spread is fantastic. Also, the staff here is very supportive and very kind to accept all guest requests.

Over all a good, restful stay. While the room, amenities and location headlined the experience, the breakfast and checkin process fell a little short.

1. The hotel design is good but the rooms lack functionality such as no soap stands in the showers, no mobility between the office chair and tea/minibar closet 2. Very poor room service and room service food quality, especially the late-night menu. They don't have a room. Service number. You queue for them to call you 3. No Gym facility

This is a new property and well maintained. Luxury experience in minimum price. Staff were very friendly. All bars and restaurant have best ocean view and food was very delicious. Must stay for top notch hospitality

Electricity has gone for over 2 hours at night. The staff was helpful. However I would like to be reimbursed for the electrical issues.

Excellent view from top location is good staff behaviour is good corporate in late check out experience is good

It’s a nice hotel, but not very well organized! anyone can enter the poolside whether it’s a guest or not! there is a bar next to it, and any smoker come out to the pool to smoke and having phone calls
