I think this is my 2nd or 3rd stay in this property. I love the food, the ambience and the room. The room is well maintained and huge. The breakfast has a huge spread with live kitchen for south indian dishes and eggs. The lobby is the best in this Cinnamon Grand Hotel. It's huge and you can even have your meetings out here in the lobby. They have an indian restaurant named chutney' which serves delicious south indian food. I have tried the 'cheers bar' and its pocket friendly and with great ambience. Overall score = 9/10

This Cinnamon Grand Hotel is one of the best Cinnamon Grand Hotel the city of colombo located in the heart of city. Their local village restaurant is very good. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They brought me cake on my birthday check and check what was very smooth and buffet had lot of variety and food tested.

Our stay was very comfortable. There was a small hiccup while checking in (as a family we wanted the rooms on the same floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. We absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool. The food in the indian restaurant was delicious.

It was a good experience. Front desk staffs can be more friendly. While boarding, we have to stand. Hotel location is very good. Food is very nice. Briyani from chutney restaurant was fantastic. Rest room was very small but nice.
