Choosing the two-bedroom apartment was the best decision for our family, offering a magnificent amount of space that felt less like a ITC Ratnadipa - A Luxury Collection Hotel room and more like a private, well-appointed residence. The apartment was spacious, immaculately maintained, and provided the ideal environment for both relaxation and family time. Beyond the perfect physical setting, the stay was elevated by the exemplary staff. Every member of the team was unfailingly courteous and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We must extend special commendation to two individuals who made our experience unforgettable: • Kanchan (Restaurant): Kanchan’s attention to detail and proactive service during our dining experiences were remarkable. Her warmth and efficiency ensured that every meal was smooth and enjoyable. • Akshita Sinhigh (Housekeeping): Akshita’s meticulous work ethic and thoughtful touches ensured our apartment remained pristine. I would like to sincerely appreciate the ITC staff for their exceptional hospitality and courteous behaviour throughout my stay. I stayed in room no 2008 and it was amazingly breathtaking view.A special thanks for accommodating my request for an extended stay to align with my flight schedule — it truly made my travel experience seamless and stress-free. The property in Colombo is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment memorable. The buffet was equally impressive — an exquisite spread with delightful flavours and impeccable presentation. Grateful for the thoughtful service and wonderful experience. Dear sir thank you so much for this experience in itc ITC Ratnadipa - A Luxury Collection Hotel it’s a beautiful property with the wonderful view and excellent trained stuff the room appearance is so though full created with a lot of love, stirring from wardrobe, bathroom, study table, comfortable bad, excellent and brilliant extremely white linen, and ending with comfortable chairs and table on the balcony! thank you for exallant verity of dishes for breakfast thank you for coffee machine and wonderful coffee during the breakfast i was watching your stuff, everyone is so well trained, very kind, helpful and smiling i love staying here and enjoy every minute

The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offered great comfort. What truly stood out was the warm and courteous service by the staff — they went above and beyond to ensure every need was taken care of. The food was delicious, with a variety of local and continental options that were always fresh and flavorful. Amenities were top-notch, and everything worked perfectly, from Wi-Fi to room service. Overall, Ratnadeepa offered an experience that exceeded expectations, and I would gladly return.

Excellent property and location. Breathtaking views of the sunset from the Hotel. Also, the free luxury bar and food hours with live music was just fantastic. Also great location. Very nice staff. Excellent all-round experience at ITC Ratnadipa. The staff were extremely polite and courteous and helpful. The ITC Ratnadipa - A Luxury Collection Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Colombo, very close to attractions like the Port City and Dutch Hospital. I loved the Luxury Happy Hour of free drinks and food. The rooms are beautifully designed. The sunset views from the Hotel are amazing!

Location of ITC is very convenient. Amenities and services are excellent. The people are ITC are very courteous and helped us in every way possible to make our stay memorable. This trip to Colombo has been my most memorable trip with my teenage daughter. Thanks to ITC and their arrangements. Only suggestion is, increase the options in vegetarian food. Indian Ocean Pavilion was the best place for food at ITC

We had an excellent stay at ITC Ratnadipa. It's the best property I have been to in recent times. The breakfast buffet and Peshawari restaurant are out of this world. Chef Krishna Chamoli is a gem.

I was booked for a vacation from 18th March to 20th March in a normal room but as the ITC is known for its excellent hospitality they upgraded me to a tower suite and let me tell you it was a apartment in itself..... The staff was super friendly, the aminities were ultra luxurious, the spa was awesome, the infinity pool they built is out of this world and the 360⁰ super deck restaurant is to die for... 5/5
