Best Western Elyon Colombo

breakfast did not have many options. room was below average and not as per the pictures provided. no minibar and no toiletries.

My wife and I loved our stay at Best Western Elyon Colombo. The staff treated us with grace and their breakfast was tastfully done. I recommend them for sure!

Our experience with makemy trip was terrible. We had booked the stay for 3days in the hotel from make my trip but when we reached there we got to know it's been cancelled and make my trip didn't inform us. We tried reaching the make my trip executive our experience with her was worst she was not listening to us she kept shouting and speaking rudely to us. Finally the Best western Eylon hotel staff helped us and arranged for our stay.

The hospitality is overall good the staff are humble & polite, well maintained hygiene, food is good, excellent in price/service ratio

It is located at one of the prime locations in colombo, near baseline road, colombo. Excellent service and super behaviour from everyone concerned.

The stay in the hotel was great and we had no complaints whatsoever. Staff is awesome. Front desk is really amazing and warm. I just loved it.

Rooms are very neat and clean, very spacious as well. Very hygiene. House keeper daily cleaning the rooms and excellent service. Food was nice and especially in top roof restaurant view.

I visited Colombo for official work and stayed at this hotel. Rooms are comparatively smaller but I guess it's likewise in most Colombo hotels. Staff behavior was very good, breakfast was nice as well. Will be back again)

Hotel GM is very taking threatening & stubben behavior be carefully this is not suitable for travelers.

Very near to all the places. I want to exchange currency. Coles Road Prasanna exchange walk-able distance from hotel, even taxi also very convenient, most memorable this hotel roof garden, we spend till 12 PM every day, nice and clean air, also I enjoyed draught beer for happy hour. I am eager to go next time also, superb hotel.

Probably location wise its bit far, but they make it up with excellent service. Team is one of the Best I have come across and special thanks to Mr. Chandana and Disal who were exceptional. In fact special thanks to the restaurant person in GF who is amazing in understanding requirement. Also had medical emergency and the team was very quick to act. Definitely recommend to all business and family travelers to patronize this place. Keep up the good work guys!

Important tip for tourists: This place is in one corner of the city and it takes a good one hour to reach here from the airport. Not recommended if you wish to explore Colombo.

A comfortable hotel with courteous staff, rooms are big and you will get all facilities you expect. Roof top bar and gym is must go.
