Hotel and its service is superb. I was booked on HB basis. but food and drinks was in average level. apart from that please be careful when purchasing F&B items from restaurent menu because they were not added vat and other taxes for mentioned rates

Location: great, with convenient access to attractions. Property: well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Amenities: basic, lacking essentials like packaged water. Some amenities like the intercom were not functioning. Staff: helpful but limited by the available services. Overall: suitable for a short stay (1-2 days, but improvements in amenities and services are needed.

1. The hotel is not value for money 2. The food charges are very high and quantity is not sufficient 3. The washroom doors are of glass and are risky (the risk of getting injured by glass) 4. The cutlery is too odd to be comfortable eating 5. The cut fruit during breakfast are not fresh

Hotel rooms was spacious and clean, staff was very supportive and the service was good. The only complaint is about the refilling of daily needs stuff such as sugar sachet and toiletries.

Excellent services and good rooms

Hotel is overpriced. Location is ok. Reception staff asked us to pay more at hotel. Also they took very long time to check and allot us the room. Food was overpriced.

It was very damp and moist when we reached our room it was very smelly. Even though property is o key room were not good at all

I applied them to give compensation for their mistake if they give by consider this two senior citizen surely we will come and stay in your hotel

Beautiful and peaceful. I would love to watch cricket practice at colts cricket club from me colombo. Food was delicious. Rooftop pool and bar were perfect places to relax. Amazing stuff, specially sanduni. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent service throughout my stay, highly recommend.

Close to Cargills and some nice cafès

Booked it for one night for a group of 5 people. Staff is really nice and catered to our needs during our stay

As described in the tile hotel was average but location was good and food was also very good. But mmt recommended 5/5 rating was a bit high i would give it only 2/5 overall.

It was a pleasant stay. The view from the rooftop pool bar was incredible. It shows the cricket club and you can watch the practice games. Good restaurant and buffet breakfast as well. Overall 8/10.

It was a nice stay, they had lot in menu for food but 90 percent was only non veg, so it could be a problem for vegetarian traveller.

From the reception to house keeping to room service, it was excellently managed. Very courteous and well trained folks who excel at their duties and do it very passionately. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

When I booked hotel I requested 7 am check-in, without any additional charges, but when I reached hotel they charged extra.

It's a business hotel located in a posh location of the capital City of Colombo. Decent breakfast and pool

Good veg North indian is generally missing in Sri Lanka, this hotel is no exception to this, rest all is fine
