Enjoyed my stay at Cinnamon Lakeside hotel in Colombo. Nice Room, cooperative staff. Excellent breakfast and in house services

Old room, great staff with below average chinese food. room was upgraded however our chinese meal experience was very bad , it's a shame Inspired of having a chinese chef quality of chinese food was awful

Excellent hotel with very clean rooms location also fantastic. The view from the room. Either has a view of tall buildings on one side and has the lake on the other side but staff are extremely nice courteous and great place to stay.

Very good hotel with pleasant view but very poor dining options for vegetarian and not value for money . If you vegetarian then you should opt for eating outside

This is a very good hotel in the heart of the city and it’s very scenic facing the lake and back waters . The rooms are very quiet n comfortable and there are many restaurants in the hotel and breakfast gets crowded during the peak hours. The front desk staff were not too friendly or courteous they looked over worked and busy that was the only minus Otherwise a great place

I had booked superior Twin room as i was travelling with my kids.I reached hotel at 2100 hours and i was given single queen bed room standard room.i was told all room is full and twin bed room is not available.when i asked for extra bed in the room they said all extra bed is also occupied and is not available.very bad experience

Amazing Hotel with a beautiful view and ambience. We got the lake view rooms which were serene. The pool is awesome and the breakfast spread was mind blowing

Simply Fantastic. One of the earliest five star hotels in Colombo and one can feel it at every step. The rooms are well kept and lake facing rooms offer fantastic views. It is lovely to wake up early in the morning with views of Pelicans and egrets and occasional storks. The swimming pool is bigger than most hotels in Sri Lanka. Hotel offers 3 restaurant and 2 coffee shops, gym, jewellery shop, souvenir shop, travel desk and more. Lakeside walk within the hotel premises adds a unique experience. Staff is very courteous and ever helpful. Breakfast offers wide spread and finger licking food. A true five star experience

Centrally located property in Colombo, convenient for work meetings or leisure. Food, leisure amenities like spa, gym, pool are all great. Good helpful staff
