Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo Hotel

In one word .. I enjoyed my stay during my 4 days visit .. wonderful

Cinnamon lakeside to begin with the check in was very quick. In 5 mins I got my room based on my preferences which excited me. The room service and lobby Manager took very good care of me. Personal choices of black tea and enough water in the room was given with pleasure. The hotel is guest friendly and they were treated with respect and care. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty dishes esp for Indians. The view from my room balcony overseeing tgd lake with swans in it was a beauty. Location was good .food not good for vegetarians. ok -ok rooms were ok old style .pool side sitting is fun in evening

Being a 5 star hotel the service was very slow. We didn’t even get certain service done. Also there were massive stains on the curtain

our stay at cinnamon was excellent. the cautious staff, beautiful ambience & the food made our stay totally worth it.

Definitely worth the money! Overall ambience is good, food spread is great, staff behaviour can get better and rooms need an upgrade. Enjoyed the stay here and also the Lounge facility. Easily connecting to major areas, and spacious corridors

In room dinning food is undercooked , on being shown to the Hotel Chef , the response was rude and very much cold

The hotel is amazing, rooms are big and clean. Food is amazing. The staff is very polite and helping.

The property is located in centre of Colombo right next to Sri Lanka Police HQ. The Hotel is very well designed with each room getting a view of the lake and Lotus Tower an icon of Colombo. The Staff is very professional at the same time makes you feel at ease. The Food quality is excellent and tasty. Rooms are well maintained and well planned. Overall one of the Best Hotels to stay. Looking forward to future stays

Wonderful hospitality, Great buffet spread awesome service by Hotel staff, keep rocking Lakeside, Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Location, very close to Balleys Casino. Buffet breakfast is great.

A huge hotel in the middle of Colombo. On one side is the lake which makes the evening’s look beautiful. The other side just a few kms away is the ocean front. The hotel is busy and there is always hustle bustle, despite all this, the staff is attentive, helpful and friendly! They are quick to help. The breakfast was a huge spread. One of the biggest spreads I have seen. From Indian corner to Sri Lankan corner, everything was there. The One Galle Face Mall is also close by. I highly recommend this hotel in Colombo

Old room, great staff with below average chinese food. room was upgraded however our chinese meal experience was very bad , it's a shame Inspired of having a chinese chef quality of chinese food was awful
