Cheap and best hotel with clean and tidy rooms and wash rooms

We booked the hostel with breakfast and it was the cheapest one ever in Colombo. But their service was excellent. The room and wash rooms are clean and tidy. The behavior of all staffs are kind and excellent. We celebrated my birthday in their Miracle City Hostel and it was prepared by them as complementary.

secured location but difficult to reach also hostel is located in the city centre. no currency exchange available in reception. For water we need to go to the 4th floor. No lift available.
