it's all good but I have faced a problem with socket while charging I informed to the staff but they didn't respond

MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to express my absolute shock and outrage at the appalling experience my family and I were subjected to during a recent hotel booking made through your platform in Sri Lanka. Booking Details: We were forced to abandon our prepaid booking immediately upon arrival due to extremely concerning and unsafe conditions at the hotel — including non-lockable rooms, shady check-in procedures, staff with full access to keys, To compound this nightmare, hotel staff brazenly demanded additional cash payments and made it absolutely clear that they “do not care what MakeMyTrip says.” This is not just a breach of service or comfort — this is a threat to personal safety, dignity, and basic decency. A platform of your scale taking zero responsibility for such a serious issue is unacceptable. We paid MakeMyTrip in full, expecting the minimum assurance of safety and compliance. • The hotel did not deliver even a fraction of what was promised — instead creating a hostile, unsafe, • Your platform enabled this experience by listing such a property, and you are fully liable. Even after getting in touch with you, you haven’t responded to the plight. I expect an urgent action on this to prevent it from happening to someone else.

Welcoming staff. clean place. Location is also good very near to KFC. They clean toilet and bathroom on daily basis.

We booked the hostel with breakfast and it was the cheapest one ever in Colombo. But their service was excellent. The room and wash rooms are clean and tidy. The behavior of all staffs are kind and excellent. We celebrated my birthday in their hotel and it was prepared by them as complementary.

secured location but difficult to reach also hostel is located in the city centre. no currency exchange available in reception. For water we need to go to the 4th floor. No lift available.
