Not giving early check in option, no telephone in room so you have to go to reception for getting just water. After check in at the mentioned time there was no water in the room which is a basic thing.

it's worst 😭😭I request all next time avoid to book this property. location is good but check inn is worst he wasted 80 minutes in check in procedure which others hotels do in 5 minutes

The staff is not cooperative - no water bottle - no connectivity in room to connect the reception - missing room service facility Room allocated to us is in very bad condition, we requested for room change but there staff denied.

calm and compose hotel. in centre of city. all attractions and colombo fort station close by. value for money. Rooms r good and clean.

Experience was good and stay was also good

The stay was very very comfortable because of the staff and clean rooms. Nafeel was a gem! he helped us with train booking, went out of the way to know the timings and booking status. Prompt room service. In his absence other staff members were equally helpful and kind. Loved the stay!

The staff was friendly throughout the stay. The rooms are maintained well. The only issue was restaurant was not functional.

Poor wifi connectivity and no car parking is a major problem. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic
