This hotel was one star and costly than four start hotel which I booked in Mecca but no services of tea material was provided, no drinking water was even provided. AC and beds or of the rooms were not maintained. Bathroom accessories and door locks were broken, shower and taps were broken and not well maintained. I checked in late but I requested to check out little late due to my travel plan I had to travel to Makkah at certain time but the lady receptionist did not agree and was not so polite. We come as a guest from other countries to their countries and they even did not provide drinking water also. As per one star rating rent was high and services wise not good. Housekeeping and services can be improved. Safety wise door inside lock pins were broken and not well maintained. AC were not well maintained due to this reason I changed the room also but the other room was also having AC noise, cooling was not effective. Beds were not well maintained they were making some noise of spring under then while sleeping on them. Overall, a lot of things are required to be improved. Guidance about surroundings at the reception was also not satisfactory. The things are required to be improved a lot. Experience was not that much comfortable and good. Overall, the experience was not comfortable and enjoyable. Things are required to be improved a lot in terms of services, safety, staff attitude and housekeeping etc.
