I had to wait 2 hrs to checkin. Hotel staff were very Cooperative they handled it sincerely.

Bad expireance
Staff is unhelpful, bath rooms is too small, if you ask any of the staff member any thing they say i don't know, i asked for my bathroom clanging 3 to 4 times and then they came and chanced the towels. Overall worst experience.

familyRoom is good but room staff not good. I asked bathroom cleaning she is not come. I stay four nights never cleaned even a day. But the hotel is good but the room cleaning service is very bad. Only one day they gave water bottle and next three days not even tea coffee powder also. I had booked two rooms one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor i asked for both on the same floor but they refused. I had booked a room a month before but was not given a room on the same floor which is my heartbreak
