Very poor service

Facilities was very poor ac not working, there was no hot water and the bathtub drain was blocked. The maintenance team came late however i called them 4 times. And after hours of work they did not fix anything. Then i asked to be moved to another room. After i waited standing in front of my room for hours waiting. I will never book in this hotel again. Also the elevator does not stop on the first floor and i had to go down and up the stairs that often had no lights.
