Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree

Great place to stay. Above Pavillion Mall - The luxury Mall. I had booked City Oasis - King Bed (basic category). Room was very spacious with all the standard amenities. Nice TV. Room had a nice sofa and table and chair, which made working on laptop very easy. Bath Towel, Hand Towel, Face Towel - all were premium. Had a very smooth check in and check out experience. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast had many varieties (albeit 95% were non veg). Fresh juices were a great add on. As mentioned, access to Pavillion Mall is very easy. It’s in area for shopping paradise. Basic to luxury - all options are available within 5 minutes. Food street is 10 minutes walking. Few things to note : As a guest, we will have to use elevator twice to go to your room. So that makes a little tiring. Area is prone to super traffic. And veg varieties were very very limited so I struggled a lot. Had to resort to bread, fruits, juices and milk for all days.

Location is absolutely wonderful, absolute center for everything. View is superb. The breakfast is so spread out and tasty.

Clean and spacious room. Great view. Close proximity to malls and attractions. Great attention to details by housekeeping.

We had a great experience with extremely polite staff, enhances the holiday feel with very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet has myriad variety-tastes and freshness excellent.

My trip was business for me & pleasure for my wife. This hote had a combination of both as very centrally located. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean rooms.
