Hotel is good, staff is good, location is good. Need to work on the cleanliness and need to update the breakfast standards. Not as good breakfast as a 4 star property should have. Overall good experience.

Nice and comfortable stay, very well located

In-house restaurant has limited timings with limited food options. Reception staff are friendly. Housekeeping staff are not so friendly. The room has a lot of noise from the compressor which is annoying. Decor is bit old and not renovated. Hotel management is changing, hence the wrong attitude, leaving the guest in mixed experience.

To enjoy at Kullalumpur but your Hotel is not up to the mark

Excellent apartment, spacious, clean with all the amenities that one needs, fridge, cooking range, pots and pans and cooking vessels on request and a good price range and quite central! Good breakfast and the staff very efficient and courteous. I would certainly recommend a family. Thank you!

Worth the money. A beautiful, spacious and very clean apartment. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was just awesome. Located in a prime location of Kuala Lumpur with KLCC and Petronas tower, just a 5 mins drive away. Nice breakfast but could have been better. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The hotel is nothing short of a boutique 5 star & at this price, it is definitely more than a steal considering one gets a suite (drawing room with TV, kitchen with utensils & cutlery, bedroom with king sized bed & TV, bathroom) & breakfast in that. The property is super well maintained & has facilities like a pool, gym, spa, laundromat & a grocery store. It is centrally located (just a 5 min drive to the Petronas) in an upmarket area. Courteous, well informed & English speaking staff is a cherry on top. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 4 days this june and loved it. The staff is polite and professional, the room was very good with all the facilities one could think of, pool was great, breakfast had a good spread of chicken sausages, baked beans, hash browns, nasi lemak, porridge, fruits, salad, live egg station and danish pastries (very tasty) and croissants. The location is good as well, 10 minutes from KLCC. (Grab takes 8-9 RM). A luxury stay. The only issue that we faced was that there was problem with the AC in one of the rooms and some water clogging in the bathroom. However, the staff is responsive and does everything to help you. Will certainly recommend it. Read less.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of the City. Fantastic rooms and very clean. Well maintained Hotel and very hospitable and helpful. Will definitely stay in the future also.

Beautiful Hotel in the embassy area, 10 minutes from KLCC, great breakfast, the suite was beautiful as well. Just faced a few issues with the air conditioner in one of the rooms and some water clogging but they were solved. The staff is very nice.

This Hotel has excellent staff from security guard to room service all are excellent and very cooperative to travellers, they are always ready to guide n help customers in any ways we really would like to visit again
