Hotel location very average n congested room also not spacious metro station is far from location n market too n little smell in room like something burn

Very bad service and, cockroaches inside the room. Please do not visit this hotel. Dirty bedroom and bedsheet, no one has clean the room also.

Property charge me extra when i am soing chcek in plus room are so much dirty pilows are not there bed sheets are dirty mosquitios are roaming here and there. Their staff is behaving badly

This property not a hotel just black money deal center MakeMyTrip also support with property 43 time I have contacted with MakeMyTrip every time different person attend call and making fool take with me 3 days charge but hotel allow me 2 days only after I call to MakeMyTrip and ask with him where I can sleep I’m in road side now he’s said okay good u can sleep on road this real MakeMyTrip service quality

It was good place to stay with so many shops around it . Found it through make my trip and it’s worth the money spending and also decent stay with gym and pool

the hotel room was terrible....many cockroaches inside and the washroom was absolutely not maintained....i had to book another hotel and stay there for multiple days as the room was terrible...on the site it is mentioned that the hotel has parkings but they dont ....had to change rooms because of issues with the AC but the second room turned out to be even worse....the water heater wasnt working ...alot of insects ...bed creaking....washroom was absolutely dirty

We had expected a much worse experience but somehow it turned out to be very average. The location of the hotel itself is located in Deira so don't be surprised if you find the locals staring at you. At night you can hear the vehicles, loud noises but at some point of the time it gets okay. The rooms which we booked were a triple one, the cleanliness was okay but had cockroaches and bad odour of some detergent at the start. The staff were nice and approachable.

The property said they had no rooms available when we reached there and wasted our 2 hours saying they will transfer our booking but was never done.. terrible management

When i came to hotel it was full. But some how after a lot of effort i got one room. Already i was tired at that correctly ac started not working. I requested them for correcting ac. First they told to wait. After 3 hours also no response. Ten agin i went and asked the repose was terrible they told today ac will not be working technical person is not responding. What a joke if they are running some charity organisations and i went for free service very very bad. Not worth for one aed also.

I booked online and had to wait three hours because they didn’t have anything available. No proper procedure.

Good facility for the price

It was alright, should provide more but it was fine, staff and all are very good and helpful, would like to recommend to provide water & spoons, forks etc

Worst hotel ever. Please don't make in advance, it will spoil your trip amd mood, so better don't pay in advance

Service is slow what i needed it's not provided room was not clean and facility was not provided which we are getting many hotels.
