Grand Sina Hotel Deira

It’s horrible. There is no glass. There is no drinking water or no kettle, no tv and bathrooms are not cleaned. My god so horrible. Dirty smelling. Bedbugs, also sorry to say all this.

Terrible terrible. We slept with No Ac and there were no TOWELS for guest, lights also busted we were so tired we just slept without anything

They denied check in over booking and no rooms given fraud. My money gone. I called the hotel they said rooms all full. Please refund my money

Good location rooms and room service staff and reception staff are really good. Rooms are clean and good wifi. Important is low price compared to other hotels.

Ac sound was so high. Enable to sleep. It was making sound like generator machine. There was no facility like iron box, no landline telephone to contact reception every-time you have to go reception, no in room service, no cafeteria. Very old hotel. Nearby places are so good to explore as u can find all the stores for shopping. One guy was at the reception i didn’t ask his name but he was so arrogant. Overall i would say area is a heart of dubai but the hotel is not good to stay with family if you are staying as bachelor or business traveler okay. Renovation required for the hotel

Stayed 3 days in hotel. Terrible service. They don't provide complimentary water bottle, to get towels big issue, intercom doesn't work so you need to go down for everything. Haven't stayed in such hotel ever.
