Not clean and hygienic, inside furniture is very bad

Furniture is of very bad quality and broken. Not at all clean and hygienic

Centrally located in bird bad. Near to sure markets, pharmacy and restaurants. Easy access to bus and taxi. Standard apartment Hotel.

In Al Raffa Street, Bur Dubai. Near to bus stop and supermarkets.

Centrally located. Supermarket and restaurant nearby.

Good place to stay in with family and friends

Hotels and room facilities was excellent, suitable for the family and the location also very good for reaching all tourist spot and also available indian restaurant near the Hotel

Stayed for my business trip on 15th Feb. Rooms were very large with one living room. It's very affordable and pocket friendly hotel.

All room was excellent, we will prefer to all guest to stay in this apartment.

Breakfast very poor no room service not a pleasant stay at Hotel

Rooms was very neat n clean n the staff is also very helpful.

Decent, safe, convenient option. The only problem I found is very poor wifi connectivity.

They don't keep even complimentary water tea, coffee anything. Room service doesn't cleans dishes left in sinks. They need to provide better service. I will not be going back there again.

I recommend to stay. Good stay at low price.

Booking Booked 2 bedroom apt their MMT for my parents, uncle and aunt (4 persons). After booking in MMT, I even visited the Hotel to confirm the booking and they even confirmed for the rooms for those days. But when I checked in, Hotel reps said their 2 bed apt was not available at that moment, instead, they offered me 2 separate 1 bed apt. That was so weird how they can cancel my booking and offer something else. Rooms 1. One of the washrooms was dirty and it was not cleaned properly. The cleaner came and just flushed water over the toilet and left. He didn't wipe the floors also. 2. The water heater was not working and it was not serviced during our entire stay (5 days). They just gave some excuse to service the machine. I never have seen any irresponsible receptionists/service anywhere (comparing 4-star hotels at least). 3. Room was spacious enough but it was not 4 star level. Couches/sofas were dirty and damaged. 4. Bed and comforter was not so clean. Verdict 2 starts just because I got the rooms for under 160 AED (Inc of all charges and tax) in this location. If you get any offer for Around 150-160 AED (1BED apartment) and ready to make some compromise in the quality, they you can go for it. But if you need some comfort as well, then look for something better.

The Hotel and location is peaceful, easy access. Its near to supermarket, metro as well as bus Station. The only issue I found was related to my car parking, room service (for items like iron board etc) and also a too slow wifi. Rest it was a fantastic location with fantastic team.

It was very family friendly apartment with all facility. Only manager working in night shift desk don't have talking sense at all. He was so arrogance and non cooperative.

Wonderful experience in hotel and room service.
