Hotel room are clean. Hotel is conveniently located besides MRT station . Check in and checkout was very quick .

The location was good with pretty good amenities. Services were also on par. Connectivity with other locations was excellent

The stay was awesome the location of this hotel is great having connection to l rt & mart and delicious food at majid bistro, over all wonderful stay

Ibis lives upto it's remarkable brand again. However, the breakfast is worst ever. Pathetic really.

Good stay. Nice and clean room. Little short of space but overall good if you are on a budget trip. Also, the place doesn’t have a restaurant but you can order in through apps like foodpanda and grab.

Nice place to stay for indian vegetarian family, they have separate section for indian breakfast and chinese

The rooms were very small and the rates were higher compared to the rooms shown on the images. They also charge rm 10 over and above the room rates as tourism charge

location is bad. reservations check in staff rude..and impolite. we as family walked in for check in .. the staff on loud voice shouting i need one person in counter rest all move on screaming voice . i told her this is not the way to treat your customers, be polite , we are not in fish market.. room is very small and they use split ac which was not cooling. water is not free. no ac in the corridor it’s pretty hot. breakfast is pathetic, the food was meant for animals.. the only we saw was boiled eggs and white bread rest all meant for chinese… it was not a continental breakfast.. purely meant chinese.. i will never recommend even for free stay. i don’t know how you choose or contract with such hotels. not even fit for 1 ⭐️. Room : excellent in this 3* budget location wise : little bit far from main areas food : no ala carte, only breakfast available which includes very limited options, not advisable to book with breakfast for indians.

Good location, good breakfast, clean rooms. Bathroom dont have door lock, staff is supportive.

1. Give only 1 liter of water 2. Staff were not polite 3. Room wasn't clean. It smells app badly 4. Receptionists never call they want 5. Hotel will never inform utill check out very pathetic experience with ibis

I will not stay again in this property, location is not good, every time train noise, no good restaurants or shops nearby

It was one of my bad experience, hotel location not good, staff ok, not happy, no indian restaurant nearly, smelly rooms, breakfast not good,

You book your stay at a renowned international brand for an effortless stay. The check in time is 2 pm, we entered at 1. 45 pm and requested to give a room just 15 mins early, they denied and instead charged 100 mr, since we had a pregnant lady with us we couldn’t wait and had to pay to avail the room. Next, there is no room service, you cannot order food / tea or anything. As they are not equipped. The staff was extremely rude when we complained about the dirty sheets, and made us feel so little of our selves. The room is as claustrophobic as it can get, like a small box. Please don’t go to this hotel.

Professional staff. Good service. Bathroom door lacks a latch. Rest everything is so nice!
