Nice hotel , quite vibes in day and there is also night activities , there is also restaurant in lobby and ice cream shop and raining street

It was wonderful, the island is 30-40 min from the shoreline and offers an amazing experience. One must visit.

Voco monaco was once my go-to place for a relaxing getaway, but unfortunately, my recent experience has left me very disappointed. While the hotel itself is lovely, with great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere, the level of service is sorely lacking. When the hotel was still new, i expected some minor teething problems, but what i encountered went far beyond that. First, i was appalled to see a staff member assisting guests to board the boat while chewing gum loudly and sporting an irritated expression. This lack of professionalism was the first red flag. At the reception, things seemed fine at first, and we were even told we’d receive a 25% discount on dinner because we had availed the breakfast package. However, when we arrived for dinner, not only was there no discount applied, but the meal was also twice the price we had been quoted. The explanation given was that it was a “special occasion, ” but that felt like a convenient excuse for poor communication and misinformation. To make matters worse, the quality of the dinner was nowhere near what we expected, especially considering the price. As if that wasn’t enough, the level of service during dinner was completely unacceptable. The waitstaff ignored us a staggering seven times, passing by without acknowledging us as if we weren’t even there. Feeling frustrated, i requested to speak to a manager. The person who approached us was a supervisor, but even after calling in another supervisor, the situation didn’t improve. Ignoring guests in such a manner is not just rude; it’s unprofessional. Ultimately, this was a truly disappointing experience at voco monaco. The lack of staff training and poor customer service have completely overshadowed the beautiful property and amenities. For a hotel of this caliber, these issues should not be overlooked. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as the potential for a great stay is being squandered by a lack of attention to detail in guest relations. I will be reconsidering future visits until i see significant improvements in service.

It was really nice. Can't even say it's in dubai. Feels exactly like maldives. The restaurant, staff, room, and all services were excellent.

We booked a one night stay with breakfast and dinner for our anniversary with raining street view. It was such an amazing experience, the vibe, the staff, food, housekeeping, the facilities. Overall we had a very nice time and we will definitely visit again.

I long wanted to visit the world islands, but i got the opportunity just now on my birthday. We reached the boat just in time. The journey to the voco monaco hotel was an enjoyable one with great weather and sunshine. Once we reached, we were able to check in early and could then explore the resort. The room was nice but was not carpeted, which can be improved. Also, the cleanliness was slightly lacking in both the room and balcony. That said, the amenities in the room were very good. We also enjoyed the raining street from our balcony. It was indeed a novel experience. The pools were good, but i unfortunately could not swim. The beach with its reclining sunbeds was great, and my wife and i spent hours in the evening, enjoying the breeze, the waves, and the distant view of dubai city. The buffet in the la brasserie restaurant was excellent, and i need to make a special mention of the musician performing live. She was excellent and made our dining experience very enjoyable indeed. We had a nice experience at the voco monaco resort and look forward to its completion with hopefully more amenities, so we can visit again.

It was really very good experience and food was very tasty. I liked pasta especially. And regrading the facilities no second thoughts they are giving their best.

To start with, our rooms were not ready and we had to wait for at-least 30min. We were a group of 8 and our friends had already checked in to their rooms and also offered complimentary drinks which was not offered to us for our wait time. We did request for our rooms to be next to each other since we were celebrating our friends birthday. However, that was not possible and it later led to our neighboring guest complaining that we were making a noise. Might i add, that the guest had to audacity to actually come to us and tell us to maybe shift to some other room before he could complain to the hotel staff. There was no music that we were playing at the time but just a group friends having a good chat. I dont think there was any other guest complaining about us “talking loudly”. I would although mention that the manager was kind enough to understand our concerns and we later obliged and moved to the club. Food was a major disappointment and definitely needs to be improved since guests have no option but to choose from the hotel restaurants considered we are in an island. All in all it was very average and i would not recommend my friends to visit the place right away, but maybe pay a visit again once the entire property is accessible to the guests.

Great location, perfect for couples. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Very less options for indian food.
