Dinner and breakfast were not customized

The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. As a tourist we felt threatened

The check-ins were smooth, all staff very friendly & helpful but the room was forgettable and even upon checking at reception, they said all rooms are the same(small. We understood ibis is a business hotel but still washrooms was very narrow & small. Not suitable for families unless travel-ling alone. Buffet was okay.

Our check in time was 2pm. We called up the hotel and requested for early check in of around 1. 30pm, but our room wasn’t ready. We requested a non smoking room, but we were given a smoking room. Our room was stinking of smoke, especially washroom. The washroom is too small and is not well kept. It doesn’t feel hygienic. The amount of money and the reputation that ibis holds, doesn’t justify the kind of room it serves. One of the most unsatisfactory stays in al barsha. Please do not book.

The place is located next to Sheikh Al Zayed Road which is very convenient to many of the tourist locations. it's a Km from Mashreq station( Insurwnce market) and that's the best part People are very cordial and restaurant is also good Washroom is too small

It was an awesome stay. The hotel is clean & hygiene is strictly followed. I'd love to stay there again.

Food, location are good

Break fast was good. No other meal taken during the stay. Location- even taxi driver got confused as u had 2 properties in the same area. Driver took me to ibis beside the mall. Facilities are okay though haven’t had a chance to use them.

This hotel is very uncomfortable, especially they have some pipes in the room as supporting system for tables, couch and your couxh falls of repeatedly and u need to correct the couch. There’s no toothpaste, brush no slippers. Didn’t expect this from ibis honestly.

The rooms are very small for heavy person in size

It was a great stay and the room was clean and i would like to appreciate the wonderful and cheerful service from kesha the receptionist who always have the enthusiasm of checking us in. We stayed in room 560 and i must say it was cleaned. Thanks to coho also who checked us out.

The problem started from you guys. As you didn't share the booking confirmation with the hotel. Therefore, they kept me waiting for one hour and refused to give me the room until i pay 140 as adeposit ! note: when i made the booking through you website the room rate was deducted already. But because you didn't send the booknig and payment confirmation the hotel forced me to make a deposit of same room amount. It was very bad experience

I stayed there couple of times before it was always good. But this time it was not like that. Worse thing was our washroom door got locked and had to call again and again until they came to fix it.

Basic amenities (coffee powder, slippers, lotion, etc. ) were not offered. Hotel lobby was not clean and it was too noisy outside all the time.

Room was not upto expectation in terms of room amenities and facilities provided. Being a ibis expectation was high

Ibis al barsha and ibis avene mall. Both are different?

It was a good experience with makemytrip with good discounts and good properties i find this through a reference

I didn’t eat from the hotel but I had a few drinks from the bar, such an awesome place with working space
