Novel Hotel city center

poorly maintained. poor service standards. not worth the money spent small room small bathroom quite congested

It's a walk away from Yas Island's free-bus point (Mariott WTC), the souk and food joints. It's a cab ride away from the central bus station, qasr al watan and corniche beach. Overall, a great location. However, the hotel itself is a little old and the interiors are showing signs of it. The bathtub was broken and was fixed with POP. The bathroom do not have a drain outlets on the floor. So, one has to be super careful to not spill any water on the floor while using the washbasin or the WC. The staff too must be trained better. A family of three needs three bath towels. We were provided only one towel each day and had to ask for the other two. The kitchen only serves buffet. No tea/coffee or snacks available at all. That was a bummer.

The location was good. The communication system in the room was damaged. Food service to the room was extremely delayed. The cleaning service staff was polite.

As I saw the rating in google it worst then the 2 star property, the receptionist cannot find my booking as I booked for two nights for 2 person the amenities in the room for 1 person while asking for the towels the housekeeping staff saying that he need to check the system to confirm either I’m staying alone or with someone and also service was so terrible. what but personally I’ll not recommend to any one to stay. As there is lot of good hotels surround.

I enjoyed a truly delightful experience at Novel Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently willing to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel both welcomed and at ease. The services were outstanding – from the cleanliness of the rooms to the swift room service, everything was efficiently managed and professional. The atmosphere of the hotel was soothing, and the amenities were well-kept.

It was a nice old hotel with a good ambience, room and staff with a good breakfast. It was also a upgrading day by day with a very good location

Good stay but breakfast items were limited should add few Indian dishes. Overall good hotel with lot of eating options nearby

Rooms are very clean and neat. Location is great for easy access to the city centre. Easy check in.

The rooms are so pathetic, we checked out in 30 mins. We paid 370 Dirhams. The room is very dirty as well

Room are smoking rooms. We felt horrible staying in those rooms. Room service was pathetic. Buffet breakfast was very limited and not at all Tasty. Some of the waiters in the restaurant are rude. I don’t recommend it to anyone

The property is strategically located and has easy connectivity to all major attractions of the city.

Our stay with Novel hotel Abudhabi was really good as hotel has all amenities with spacious rooms and excellent restaurant.

The rooms were small. Just like oyo in India. The washrooms were too small. There was literally no ventilation. All the hype about being 4 star hotel seems to be false. Didn’t feel like staying a day more there.

Short and sweet trip. Located at the best place. Good place for shopping. Surrounded by restaurants. Very convenient...

The stay was fabulous, staff were nice, polite and supportive. Overall enjoyed the stay and service.

They mentioned it’s 4star hotel but it’s not even having facilities what two star hotel have, it’s very old hotel and very poor service, the bathing area even kids can’t bath it’s so small, i don’t know how other customers haven’t complained so far. Altogether very bad experience, no hair dyer, ironing, weigh machine, nothing it’s complete waste of money. I won’t suggest or refer this horrible hotel anyone.

The dirtiest hotel i ever seen in my life, totally unprofessional staff, i have thrown my money in the garbage, doesn’t even deserve 1/2 star

Below average rooms, however the breakfast is neat bit again at a cost of 45aed. Folks working here are super friendly and location is spot on. Hotel needs to rework on getting the room re design carpets and feeling is dull.

I give my car to valet parking, hotel having a parking issue hence got huge fine by traffic police reseal was valet person wrong park. I raise the concern to manager but till now my concern still not resolved but accepting quick solution of my issue bcoz property like a brand should value of customer.
