Golden Tulip Downtown

Good property, located in a good area where everything is nearby only, especially the corniche! the staff was also wonderful, helped us a lot with our stay! really like the hotel!

Very bad service

Best place to stay. Feel like 1bhk. With the great tool size n everything. The ambiance is too good n you will miss the stay here once you check in to any other hotel after the stay.

The tulip down town hotel which is located in abudhabi is found to be prime area of the abudhabi. It’s quite walkable distance to the famous abu dhabi mall. Surrounding the hotel lot of good restaurants are available. Even hotel also having restaurant and coffee shop. The staff of hotel is very cordial and helping nature. I rate this hote is 4 star.

Staying in Golden Tulip Downtown is very accessible to everything, clean surrounding. That's why we came back. And to our amazement, we were upgraded. Thank you so much. We will always come back.😊

5. 5. Everything was excellent

When we came to stay from this hotel. The room assigned to us was filty room. There are some rice grains in the floor and bed. Dust are all over the corner some chip crumbs. The carpet was totally mess with full of stains. We called to reception and request for a new but it takes time action. Therefore, we went down to the lobby and speak to the reception and showed all the picture we taken as a proff. We've been assigned to a new room but when we came there, the same room was also dirty and filled with dirt and crumbs just like the first room we had. Obviously it was not vacuumed and not properly check. We reported this again to reception and asked for replacement but this time they just sent the housekeeping to clean the room in front of us the moment of check-in time. It was very embarrassing and horrible experience.

Property is in a good location nearby ti everything i need. Clean and smells good even in the hallways. Truly commendable.

The facilities are good, but i didn't book with food, so i didn't eat your food.

Front office behaviour was worst. Valet peaking lost my key despite they were charging for car parking. And then tried to blame on me. Later they realise there mistake but didn't apologise. Front office guy told me to not provide water in the room and said its policy. While it was not mentioned. Gave the worst room with only wall as view. Tried to charge me extra money for municipal fees even though it was already paid. Only 1 elevator working. Nobody was outside to guide for parking. Pillow and bedsheets were not cleaned

"i was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a free upgrade during my stay at this hotel. The room i originally booked was already nice, but the upgraded room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had additional amenities. I truly appreciated the gesture and it made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure i had a fantastic experience" i forgot the name of the receptionist who checked me in but it was truly thanks to her.

It was a very comfortable stay. Room is clean and nice. Pool is good but the surround area was not clean properly. Also, staff are not so accomodating. Done.

Location is good, just the service is not that much but okay for the period i stayed, plus no smart tv and the network was terrible as wifi, no room service after 10 which is weird. I hope you will put my review fir people to have heads up. No i think that would be it

Clean, nice and comfortable stay

Stayed for one night and the experience was good. Except for the wall mounted ac controller which stopped working made a bit of a mess but it was okay, rest everything was perfect
