Perennial Resort Phuket

location is great. right next to the airport with a shuttle facility. property is also beautiful. the negatives - room air conditioner is extremely weak + negligible vegetarian options.

Great loction and decent property. 1. Mosquitoes in the room. 2. Poor ac condition. 3. Staff is not friendly and acts indifferent especially the feont desk. If you are not bothered about service aspect much, its very convenient.

Hotel location is very good. Rooms are well maintained and overall service is good.

The biggest plus is the resort is near airport and they have drop off available for customers to airport. Rooms are ok. I suppose the villas are good in terms of size and amenities because in regular rooms they do not even have phone lines, if you need something you have to go on ground floor to request. No help was available at 5 am when we had to checkout to help with carrying luggage downstairs. It has market nearby but Indian food is not available. They do provide cab to reach there if you pay.

I had a great stay here. The food was good, staff was very friendly especially Mr A. Hope to see you soon.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days, buffet breakfast menu and options were good. Hotel is at good location near Beach. I used to walk to Beach daily after covering my tourist spots. Room are spacious their dealing is friendly. Rooms are spacious, pool is good. There are lot of indian restaurants and shops close to hotel.

Friendly staff, free Airport transfer, hotel was spacious, clean and green. If we are in Phuket again we look forward to visit this place again.

Thought I would book a comfortable airport hotel for my one day transit in Phuket but this hotel is overrated. While the location is fine, there is a row of good hotels on the same road, equally convenient. In fact, I stayed in another one on the way in which was half the price and had better service. The perennial is definitely pretty, nicely made, very European style building, rooms and landscaping. But was very disappointed with the service that would not allow even an hour's late check-out when they themselves acknowledged that the next check-in was only late evening giving them enough time to turn the room around. The bathroom faced was leaking and there was no phone or bell to call housekeeping. Had to go down 3 floors just to summon them. Overall, if all you are looking for is a short stay near the Airport, this hotel is definitely an overkill and you are better off with one of the others.

Great ambiance, food and clean spacious rooms. Polite and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant.
