Pathetic hotel

Never ever stay in this hotel. They are fraudulent people. I booked this hotel room through make my trip and paid all the charges in advance but the person at the reception was asking for full money for the room during the time of checkout saying that we did not receive any payment. I have paid for the room with breakfast but i did not receive any sort of breakfast at the property which is sheer cheating and unethical. I did not expect this on the part of make my trip also that they keep such hotels listed in their profile.
