The property is stunning, but the true hallmark of this Hilton Kathmandu is its exceptional staff, whose service was both impeccable and genuinely warm. Coincidently we arrived on the day the property was celebrating its 1st Anniversary. A special commendation to Mr. Akit at the reception. He is a true asset to your team. His profound knowledge of the Hilton Kathmandu's offerings and the local surroundings was impressive, but it was his passion for guest engagement that truly stood out. He didn't just perform a service; he curated an experience. It is this level of dedicated, passionate service that defines a true 5-star establishment.

The property is new. The rooms are huge and well maintained. The restaurant is huge with delicious indian food and a live kitchen for live orders. The rooftop bar and swimming pool are great. I loved the gym with new equipment. The lobby is small, not up to the mark of hilton. The major demerit is the location of the property. It is located on a crowded street and getting into and out of the property is a tedious task.

We had a great experience. Right from check in where Christina took care of us, to the housekeeping Staff and the restaurant staff - we were pampered. The room itself was spacious with a good view. We had a lot of freebies like airport transfer, fnb discounts, etc... We were looked after well.
