Hotel BnB Mhepi

We checked in late at night and there was no front desk team member to assist us with luggage only a guard who was clueless, when enquired he mentioned that he had joined the hotel recently. In the morning before check in I told the front desk to keep a dinner aside for us however when we checked in the night dinner wasn't kept aside however the guard was prompt enough to get some noodles for us . This is really appreciated. In the room during check in we found no remote but was provided the next day. Also what offended me though I made the full payment I was asked about advance during check in. The WC in the bathroom had a flush problem which got resolved after complaining. The second day of our stay was terrible there was no hot water in the bathroom and our morning schedule got delayed and when we returned in the evening we found our room wasn't clean though we informed the team member at the front desk. The lady at the front desk persisted to remove garbage from the dust bin however she never returned back. Food was just ok. Overall our experience was not up to the mark.This hotel is located inside the street and hard to spot however it is nearby to the Naya bus stand. Currency exchange facility is unavailable. The team needs training and basic nuances of hospitality were missing. I would think twice before coming back to this hotel again.

Everything from the location to the welcome, the constant and benevolent care from the team at all levels, the rooms and thoughtful special touches, everything, was exceptional. A truly peaceful location, for people in the know, close enough from thamel. Best food specially the nepali thali and nandos per i peri. Plus, near to osho topoban. We could not enjoy the garden because of the rain d ruing our stay, but this was perfect for a business trip, and i can't wait to be back with the family.

Services are good. Food not so tasty. But what i did not like was that the hotel is situated in an interior street and not that easily accessible. Would have been much cheaper and easier for me.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable
