Dear Tarun Sir, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it. We are sincerely disappointed to learn that your arrival experience did not meet expectations. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Our reception operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, after which our security team manages the counter. I have discussed the matter with our morning staff, and they confirmed that you had inquired about food service timings but did not place an actual order. Had an order been placed before 9:30 PM, our team would have prepared and served the food promptly. For arrivals or requests after 10:00 PM, our security personnel immediately assist to our guest. They are also well trained. We also apologize for the issues regarding the TV remote and the delayed garbage removal. These concerns have been addressed with the respective departments to prevent such occurrences in the future. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously.
