terrible experience food was not good service provided by restaurant staff was very bad while serving open food was brought at the house

Day 1- Arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm. was provided a room with broken tv, broken kettle and Socket which wasn't working. called reception who said to call in the morning..SO HAD TO ADJUST AS WAS LEFT WITH NO CHOICE. Day 2. The person at reception named Abhishek said that he spoke with his manager and had upgraded the stay to a suit room to compensate the previous issue. Now when checked into so called Suit, the key card socket wasn't working due to which Tv and mini fridge and Air conditioning wasn't working. called again and eventually it was fixed. BUT TELEVISION WASN'T FIXED.i was too tired to even complain. The leftover food which was ordered at lunch remained outside the so called Suit and no one even bothered to take care of it until the next morning when the whole gallery was stinking AND the manager is only welcomes and greet foreigner and not Indian. so much of discrimination.They will hear you only if you pay them tips in dollars No maintainence, grumpy manager and staff who are careless.

They give twin room it was showing king bed but they give small 2 different bed. We have requested but they didn’t provided as it was showing available

The hotel is in the heart of the market,yet calm and composed. The rooms are good.The staff is very helpful and will make sure your stay is comfortable. We booked the ride for local sight seeing from the hotel and the service was good. Highly recommended to stay at Devo Boutique.

Very good stay in thamel. Breakfast is good as well. Ishan was very helpful in helping me with making a plan to identify the tourist places around.

The amenities were good. The location of the hotel is also good as this is in heart of thamel. The services need little improvement as kitchen closes fairly early and one could not either get milk sachets or even coffee/tea after 10. 00 pm which should be looked into by the management.

I had a fantastic experience at hotel. The check-in was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My room was spotless and stylishly decorated, with a super comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, great value for money and a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel is situated in thamel which is kathmandu’s central point of attraction. It is in a quiet lane with very polite and helpful staff. Properly is slightly dated however value for money for a stopover night.

It was a pleasure living in the hotel. They provided us with a family suite which was quite spacious.

Highly Recommended Hotel , located in heart of city , just walking distance from Thamel Shopping market. Hotel staff is very nice & helpful. Good location. Very courteous staff. Good food. Clean rooms and a very good time spending. The amenities were provided and there was a lift too. The staff is very polite and take care of the guests.

Property is old one and house keeping was pathetic but food, staff was good.

It was a good experience staying here for 5 days. They have amazing food, room service, room hygiene. Would definitely recommend the hotel to someone looking for a stay in kathmandu
