I am staying at Kailash kuti inn, I had booked via Make my trip, on 16th of July i.e. yesterday I saw a big Rat in the room and asked at reception to shift me in another room, so they shifted me but AC wasn't working in that room so complained the same at reception and they shifted me into another room( this was my 3rd room), there also AC was not working. I came back to reception but all the staff was gone, only one security person was there, so informed him that AC was not working, he rudely answered me that I am going outside to meet my friend I will see this afterwards. The entire staff is so rude. No actions were taken by them about this

The distance from Pashupatinath Temple makes it the unique place to stay. The entrance of the temple is in front of this Kailash Kuti Inn. It took just 15 minutes to get Darshan from this Kailash Kuti Inn. We walked barefoot directly from the Kailash Kuti Inn to the temple as the entrance of the temple is just few steps from the Kailash Kuti Inn. Additionally ambience is quite positive and spiritual. Breakfast menu was rich and fulfilling. If you’re coming to visit Pashupatinath Temple, this property is worth staying with family. Har Har Mahadev 🙏🏻

Very nice location especially for tourists visiting Pashupatinath Temple. Within a few minute reach to the temple by walk. Temple rooms also available. Food quality is excellent and tastes extremely good. Services are very food. One area of improvement is that the management should serve complimentary buffet breakfast from 7 am (instead of 8 am). There is no lift but stairs are comfortable.

The stay was really good at Kailash Kuti Inn kailash kuti inn. Hotel room is clean , washrooms are clean .Staff is good..Food gives homely cooked vibe..and the best part of the Kailash Kuti Inn is that its just 1 min away from the temple .I had a serene time at Kailash Kuti Inn kailash inn

1.The location was very good .. It is somewhere between Kathmandu airport and Shri Pashupatinath Temple. 2.Temple was just 800m from this Kailash Kuti Inn. 3.Rooms are clean and cozy. 4.Staff behaviour was nice. 5.Price was affordable also.
