Location of the property and the property itself is pretty amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful in almost everything. If I had anything I'd like to change, maybe they can add more varieties in their breakfast buffet. The pool was clean too. The view from my balcony and the terrace is beautiful. Superb, Professionally managed hotel with all basic facilities. Spacious, Clean rooms with all included facilities. 24 hours hot water. First class Restaurant and Full Continental Complementary Breakfast. Small swimming pool is present. Security staff, Travel Desk, Reception, Restaurant staff everyone is helpful and efficient. Walking distance to Phewa Lake, the happening place in Phokara.

The pictures shown were not matching with the actual rooms when we reached the hotel. We were obviously very disappointed and let the hotel staff know about the same. Surprisingly they were very understanding and supportive and upgraded our rooms the very next day. They even entertained our request to modify the dates when our plans got changed slightly. The food and other services were also good.
