stay is good but resturant services are not up to mark.all types of breads are not availiable only tawa roti is availiable.bath tub is not in the room and availiablity of bathtub clearly mention at the time of booking.At pool nobody is their to help the guests

Superb, Professionally managed hotel with all basic facilities. Spacious, Clean rooms with all included facilities. 24 hours hot water. First class Restaurant and Full Continental Complementary Breakfast. Small swimming pool is present. Security staff, Travel Desk, Reception, Restaurant staff everyone is helpful and efficient. Walking distance to Phewa Lake, the happening place in Phokara.

The hotel is located besides the lake and easy to locate but doesn't have good services to offer in the room. Not a value for money hotel at all.

The pictures shown were not matching with the actual rooms when we reached the hotel. We were obviously very disappointed and let the hotel staff know about the same. Surprisingly they were very understanding and supportive and upgraded our rooms the very next day. They even entertained our request to modify the dates when our plans got changed slightly. The food and other services were also good.
