There was no hot water, tv, ac. facility in the hotel.

They degrade my room saying u r single person and we have already guest in the other room so adjust and i upload the images check the condition of room it worst ac was leaking, washroom was pathetic. I even leave the room in the early morning and booked other hotel

Everything about make my trip is excellent. Very easy to do booking within 40 to 50 second. The Himalayan Inn is good one staff is very friendly but I only face the wifi issues in the hotel other services was value to money. Once again thank you MMT.

Hotel staff were very helpful in getting the best tour package and they helped us to booking the taxi also. The hotel is situated at the pokhra lake which is quite beautiful and street friendly, where you can find your favourite cuisine.

I booked a room at Hotel Himalayan Inn through MakeMyTrip, expecting a clean, well-maintained room as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. Unfortunately, the reality was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, I was shifted to an entirely different building – one that was poor class, badly maintained, and nothing like what was shown online. The room they gave me was in horrible condition – the bathtub was dirty and unusable, with no water retention at all. It was just sitting there for the sake of it. The whole place looked run down and neglected, not even close to what I paid for. The biggest issue? The room I booked clearly included AC, but the one they handed me was a non-AC room. When I raised this concern, the staff blatantly refused to help and simply asked me to “adjust”. Excuse me? Why should I adjust when I’ve paid for a better, AC room? This is complete cheating and exploitation of customers. To make matters worse, the room was on the 4th floor and there was NO LIFT! Carrying luggage up those stairs was a nightmare, especially after a long journey. The staff was indifferent and offered no assistance or solution. Their attitude was arrogant and unapologetic. I booked through MakeMyTrip trusting the listing and the photos, but it’s very clear that this hotel misleads customers deliberately. What I received was nothing close to what was promised. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend it even if you’re desperate. This kind of service is not just disappointing – it's deceptive, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable. I urge MakeMyTrip to take strict action against this property for violating customer trust.

The Hotel is at walking distance to Phewa lake and located in close proximity for shopping . However there is no provision for Bed Tea as no hot kettle provided in the room . The hot water outlets in bathroom is only for shower and the taps discharged cold water . This restricted those who do not want to wet their hair . Limitation in finding veg food for breakfast

Pokhara airport was closed on 7 & 8 th April . I could not travel and could not stay in Hotel . The airport was open on 9 th April and I went and stayed in Hotel . Hence requested refund as this was a force major situation with low visibility in Pokhara airport and no travel possible

The stay in himalaya inn is pathetic very poor service, no hot water, no good cleaning. Bed sheets were not washed and very dirty smell in the rooms.

Worst experience ever mmt show me a different room and they give me a different room not clean dirty messy and the manager doesn't have humanity bathroom slippers are broken the tv is not working not even ac washroom sink broken please do not book this hotel at all

The location is excellent just behind the lakeside only minute walk to a few a boat attractions. Only thing at hotel was poor the wi-fi facility. Water tap is not working properly asked severel times to the staff but as usual they didn't respond. Rooms are okay with city view. And decent space. Food not taste by mee but yes tea of morning is same as india. Pokhara is beautiful this is my third time.

We booked for himalayan inn 2 weeks in advance, yet they asked us to stay in another hotel-manjeel hotel and said it was the same thing. It is a cold place yet took 3 hours for them to have hot water arranged for shower, tubelight was not working, fan regulator was not working and there was no ac room. Despite several request the room was not changed. We stayed as we needed a stay only for a night and we had paid in advance.

The room was very good, The staff and receptionist were very good in nature and provided nice Service to us. The locality of the hotel was very good. The hotel and the rooms were very hygienic. The views from the hotel room was awesome. The room was value for money.

It's ok ok. The location is good. Near to few a lake. Restaurants are their nearby. Communication is good but very costly. To go to prithvi chowk, you have to spend 400 nc. Minimum.

Never ever book this hotel. We had lived without power for 24 hrs and the staff were irresponsible towards the customers and very rude in every possible way. They don't respond to your calls and intercom doesn't work at all
