All things are good like staff , food , location everything is good I’ll give rating 10/10 nice facilities

Hotel was really nice! at the center of everything. Everything is available nearby the hotel. Clean hygienic and spacious rooms. The manager/owner was very kind cooperative.

The location is excellent and the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff was also very courteous, our only complain was that the bathroom was a bit dirty, the wc was not clean. You can opt to stay here but don't book super delux rooms as they are on the 4th floor only and there is no lift. Book a deluxe room and stay on the first or second floor.

Location was good and nearby lake side. Main market was nearby. Hotel staff were coooerative. Complementry breakfast was ok.

Its was awesome - the owner and staff are too cooperative and restorant orice is also reasonable and tasty

Very good hotel and excellent cooperative staff. Neat and clean rooms. Very good location in street no 15 at lakeside. Keep one thing in mind that in their neighbour there is one bike/ car rent service provider. Don't go to him.

It is badly operated and managed property where the basic facility and cleanliness is not available. Linen, food, free b’fast for bizarre- i can go on n on.

Overall very nice stay, all staff were cooperative. Rooms were nice but only drawback is the lack of elevator. Its very hectic to climb 4 storey on stairs. You are lucky if get a room on first floor else it's problematic

We travel-led as a family and had beautiful n comfortable stay. Thanks to the whole team especially manager for arranging vehicle for local sightseeing.

Stay was awesome and staff were wonderful, especially manager madan rana. You ask anything and he will arrange.

Hotel is near by phewa lake, not touched with lake. Walkable distance, 2-3 minutes. For me, room was ok. I was disappointed with the washroom, it was clean completely

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, every facilities was given, good ambience and location wise also great with beautiful view, neat and clean, free wifi, hairdryer, toothbrush with paste was availaible, even they booked us bus to kathmandu from pokhara without any commission while most of the hotel take commission for booking the tickets else you have to do it by yourself
