Busy Bee Resort

Hotel was very neat and clean, and staff was very educated and supportive. I want to stay again in future.

Rating: 1/5 stars review: my recent stay at busy bee resort in pokhara was incredibly disappointing. From the moment i arrived, it was evident that the service was far below par. The first issue arose when i realized that the rooms bore no resemblance to the picturesque views showcased in the photos. Instead of the promised scenic vistas, all i encountered were walls and windows overlooking dull surroundings. Adding insult to injury was the exorbitant price tag attached to this subpar experience. For the amount charged, one would expect luxurious accommodations and impeccable service. However, the reality fell painfully short. To put things into perspective, with the same budget, one could easily secure a room in a reputable 4-star resort with superior amenities. The staff's demeanor further exacerbated the situation. Rude and indifferent, they seemed disinterested in providing even basic courtesy, let alone addressing any concerns. Their lack of professionalism only served to sour the already unpleasant experience. As for the complimentary breakfast touted by the establishment, it was nothing short of a joke. Instead of the promised variety, all that was offered was a meager selection of bread and jam. The absence of any indian cuisine options was particularly disappointing, especially considering the diverse preferences of guests. Overall, my stay at busy bee resort was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise prospective guests to steer clear unless they're in the market for a hefty bill and a heap of disappointment.

Hotel staff stopped us from eating eggs in breakfast and asks us to talk to manager then only we will serve you food. This was humiliating while one of the staff stopped us infront of all the guests while breakfast was included in our booking.

We had a pleasant stay at busy bee, never felt we are far away from home. My daughter enjoyed a lot n played a lot in swimming pool. All staffs were very friendly n always welcomed us with good smile. My daughter had good experiences with them. Food was amazing. I would give 10 stars infact must stay

Hotel is near lake and well connected to the pokhara main market

Ambience was really nice. Food quality was excellent. Maintain proper hygine.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at busy bee, the staff is friendly and courteous. Well managed spaced and hygienic rooms. Pool, sit out and bar is the centre of attraction.
