Stay was comfortable and cozy. Food was good and delicious. Staffs are very good and very helpful. Service is good.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Taj property. The quality of the breakfast was very poor, with no bakery items available except for some mediocre croissants. The room had significant issues, including a dirty carpet, seepage problems, and mould around the window corners. I would strongly advise against staying here. For extra bedding, they provided a mattress rather than a standard cot, which is typically offered by reputable hotels. Overall, this property is tarnishing the Taj brand. Additionally, if you're visiting Chitwan for safaris, avoid this hotel as it's far from the safari areas, making it difficult to do multiple safaris.

rooms are ok but buffet and dinner was a big disappointment not what you expect from Vivanta

Rooms are small for King size bed. Breakfast time becomes unmanageable for the staff. Neither the Kitchen nor the serving staff is able to support the breakfast crowd practically daily.

It is in main place. Swimming pool is not big as it looks on website. Room size is good enough. Staff are cooperative

Best stay in town. Everything is perfect about this hotel including staff, food, room, cleanliness, pool and location. pool area is the cherry on cake, it's on the 6th floor and has amazing view of the whole town. one can order anything from the restaurant while enjoying the swimming.

The experience was average was because the hotel was good but the staff was not cooperative at all. They were not able to serve things on time and also the breakfast for which we paid extra was not upto the mark. Only the hotel room was good and nothing else. Food also very highly expensive

The stay experience in hotel from receiving till check out was smooth and nice experience. Staff is cordial and courteous. Hotel is neat and clean. Breakfast was average.

Must stay. If you are in Chitwan. food is awesome, nice ambiance, with a nice view.
