Lake View Resort

The hotel room was very old. It was bery expensive. Would not recommend the hotel

rooms are clean. hotel staff is humble. pool side view is very clean. food, amenities and services are very good.I found the property's by make my trip.

I stayed in luxury room for one night and in deluxe room for one night. Luxury room was extremely good but deluxe room was terrible. AC was not working. Was repaired after complaints. Cockroach moving in bathroom at night. Sanitary Fittings were broken. Staff was polite but maintenance was bad.

Very poor service nobody staff help for any types of issues to resolve if you need water after 09:30 pm they will not entertain you or gave any types of services...

Excellent property with all amenities for great resort.It is next to lakeside with beautiful view of the mountains. Also the market and restaurants are 1 min away from the property

Ac not working, room images does not match with actual room and actual room is worst, have changed 3 rooms in this hotel in 2 days. A stange sound was listening from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. This sound was very irritating

My Better room was offered to white people , even though booked in advance , kitchen was not working for 5 hours on arrival , for upgrade they asked too much ( which I obviously had to pay)

The stay was good. Hotel was fine with lil expensive food. But the swimming pool was neat and clean.

Room & amenities were good... service is very poor...food quality was not good... found metal wire in the food

Spacious and comfortable rooms with lake views and well maintained swimming pool, nicely located amongst many restaurants near by.

The location of the property is nice. The food is good. they have cultural events in the night. overall a very good experience

Good location.. Clean and spacious rooms... but hotel charged me exorbitantly for both transportation from Airport and full day tour. However the vehicle provided was good. They even increased the earlier quoted rate for transportation from airport... seemed unethical to me however their reasoning was prevalent taxi strike.

It was great experience . Hotel staffs were friendly and co-operative. Rooms were clean. Overall it was great.

Location is amazing, facilities are good but could be better. Small concerns like the shower was not perfect, the AC was located in the corner of the room but apart from that it's a really good place. Great food, good staff.
