Me and my wife stayed here for 3 days and faced so many issues. One day before we directly check in to the hotel and they told us that there were no properties available for booking but when we checked in it was available and we booked it. When we checked in to hotel they just took our ids and signature. For three days we did not get any hot water, only when we informed them they switched on the geyser and if we did not inform then we would get cold water. On the last day of check out we had a flight to leave and one hour before we checked out and they started creating a fuss saying we did not make the payment and asked to pay extra that too in nepalese rupees although we had made the payment before check in The receptionist did not leave us to go and she called her manager through phone and he also did not accept that we made the payment. And later the told that us that they made favour for letting us even though properties were not there. Simple question if properties were not available how did they give us room? later they took our trekking agency guide number and to check if we are not lying she made us stay there and called and checked the guy if we did not fake the number. Later she complained our guide that we did not make payment and asked him to make immediate payment only then they would leave us. how they expect us to them and make double payment? as a international customer how would we leave the money and fly without getting paid? and they had technical issues but they held us responsible and later that day they kept saying pestering our guide to make the payment instead of following up Such a ridiculous hotel. It doesn’t deserve to serve customers. We would have lost our flight but thankfully our flight was delayed. And also they dint even clean up the room everyday as they had promised before and kept the water bottles at door. Such a pathetic service and they do not decency to talk to the customers
