Zostel Pokhara

Very pleasant experience, People there are very welcoming and eager to help.Very comfortable stay.

Location was very nice, but the maintance was very poor. We reached at Zostel at 7pm in the evening from kathmandu, Neither the washroom was hygienic, not wifi was working. There was a small table fan which was mounted on the top. It was very suffocating. Though we booked for 2 days but we didn't leave, we checked out within 1 hour and din't get any kind of refund support as well. Very poor experience it was.

We loved 🥰 🥰 our stay 🥰♥️, it was amazing and great with great breakfast too. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️, we were a group.

vibe and nature is amazing.. staff have welcoming nature... you can stay here at least 7 days... outside food is not allowed.. but that's okay...

I reached there 6 hours prior to my check in early in the morning, travelled through out the night and asked the person in charge of the night shift if i can get some place to rest for a while but he was behaving very unpleasant manner and asked me for extra money , i was in-fact trying to book another stay but later the person in charge of morning shift came and asked me to rest at the common room.washroom was not well maintained

It was good but there is no 24/7 food service in the Zostel we reach there at mid night and not able to order anything bcoz the cafe inside the Zostel was closed otherwise the staff was very good and helpful.

Location is good. Food was very nice but took long time to prepare. Rooms are nice, cozy but there was no hot water in morning. Solar system is there but we needed hot water very early morning, so reception guy told us he will arrange hot water in morning as 1 room is having geyser and in morning he refused saying someone checked in that room late night. We had booked their highest price room so i dont understand how can they install geyser in some other room than that. More than half of the electric plugs in our both rooms were not working.

A good location and a beautiful property. However, it lacks basic maintenance. Issues like fungus on walls, defective light fixtures, defective sanitary wares etc made the stay slightly uncomfortable. The common area is in a very bad shape and lacks basic upkeep. Staff has been helpful.

The property is spacious and had good views. It is at lakeside so you can enjoy the mesmerising views of phewa lake.

The stay was comfortable and beautiful. The view from the cottage was just amazing and the room was also good

One of the decent place in budget. This zostel is like a resort where you can have relaxed vacation. The staff behaviour is nice and would help you to org-anise your trip. The room was decent with stunning mountain and lake views. The only issue is they don't serve food in the room which was kind of ok for us.

Zostel has always been my first choice , as solo traveler its the safest place . zostel Pokhara and staff specially deepak have been so kind throughout from sightseeing to adventures and kept in touch if im safe. People always have smile on their faces, its never a dull day. Overall awesome experience. A home away from home
