The hotel is superb. Reception architecture & staff are very cooperative. The restaurant hungery eya is also good. You can enjoy a nice view while having food.

Very comfortable stay. Loved the hospitality. The location of the property is also very nice located exactly on the lakeside.

At our time the entrance was under construction that was little disappointing part for us because of construction noise. Rest the staff is friendly and pool side view is best

Firstly it’s not a 4 star property in any way. The rooms are lousy, there is no light in the alleys, the door latches don’t close properly, the bathrooms have no place to hang clothes and poorly lit. Since the works are still underway you will hear construction sounds all day. The restaurant is also dirty and the breakfast spread was equally boring. There is only one small alley to enter the hotel which is mostly blocked by their construction vehicles, they wouldn’t even allow our driver to drive park inside the hotel since the parking basement was also closed for renovations These are about the rooms…. Now coming to the hotel management. The hotel was still under construction and so we were told that higher floors are not yet completed But they had the audacity to accept bookings as Mountain View rooms. We had made bookings one week in advance for their Mountain View rooms and later even called them to confirm if our bookings were for those rooms on higher floor on the 10th since we had 100% free cancellation bookings. A lady named Ms a had indeed confirmed that higher floor rooms will be allotted but when we checked in on the 14th we were given room on the 2nd floor from which only a tip of the mountain was visible. And then when we made a noise we were told only something can be done on 15th…so guess what out of 2 nights you will be made to shuffle rooms And not 1 person from the front desk or Guest services was even acknowledging or apologetic about the situation.

Landmark pokhara is situated near main pokhra lake, with heartwarming view and infinity pool mountain view it offers a wide range of amenities, polite staff and well managed rooms. A place worth staying.

Stay was good overall, special call out to rozeena, who ensure arrival to departure reach outs of the guest. One feedback about restaurant manager bad behaviour and attitude, which regional manager also agreed to.

Land mark pokhara staff was courteous, professionally well groomed and non greedy.

It's on lake side. All restaurants, stores, atm are walking distance. It restaurant hungry eyes gives180 degree view of lake side. Roof top of hotel gives breath taking view of pokhara. Special mention to ever smiling ms anjali at reception.

Good location but services are not good. They dont provide milk for tea. No cold water is available. Overall poor service.

I had booked this place for 5 nights. We were shocked to see the terrible state of the property. The breakfast was laid out as of it for means for animals. No safety or hygiene protocols followed. We managed to checkout next morning and got a full refund for 4 nights. The bright spot was the GM Mr. Pandey who was very apologetic and a good person. Hotel management really need to upgrade this very centrally located property.

Very poor no hot water. Management is very bad.

The rooms are not furnished with towels, soaps, etc. They say, it's over. Running hot water is not sufficiently heated. Breakfast not many options for veg and absolutely no taste.

Apart from breakfast the Hotel is wonderful, staff behaviour and room service is excellent. Only if they have variety in breakfast it would be wonderful.

Staff does not give priority to Indian customer, hotel location is best but hotel maintenance is poor, hotel food quality was good. Demanded NPR for paragliding whereas it's actual cost is only. Overall the hotel location, food, rooms are good but service is poor.
