Kuti Resort and Spa

The room was not good .. the washroom was bad .. there was no availability of amenities.. they have lot to improve

The rooms were not well maintained (ac, toilet. Jacuzzi was not working properly. Room service was delayed and not upto the mark. Do not have images

Hotel was good, but service was poor, specially food and room service was not up to the mark

Location is very good. Well maintained hotel with good and cooperating staffs. The front desk personal (especially bibek) are appreciable.

We were 5 adults booked two rooms, rooms aren’t spacious as it’s shown here, poor service, food was pathetic, initially ac, tv was not working even water drainage was poor. House keeping services were horrible, didn’t clean properly, for refilling tea and milk also, you have to call like ten times, i won’t recommend this property

After check-in we were taken to what looked like a spacious room on the top floor. The sink was filling up and not draining with dirty smelling drain water flowing back and flooding the bathroom floor. We were given a new room but in kuti resort 2 across the road which was a small under construction property. Breakfast was basic with select items being offered to you. Staff was untrained

Bedsheets were not changed after the previous guests checkout, the whole room was very dirty and had lot of dust. There was a cockroach in food that was part of breakfast

Hotel service is very bad hotel not giving suit room on first day check in my room is already given to another person room service is very baad

Good experience for kuti Resort staff is good & food is good nice stay in kuti near by market

Stayed for 4 days. Renu/bipin and all other staff is extremely polite and helpful. It has very convenient location.

Hospitality and well behaved staff

We have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family. Surprisingly, one of us got upgraded to a suite, which is the best. The staff was very courteous. Hotel is well maintained except for some repairs in the lobby. Close to the Phewa Lake and street food.

Amazing stay and very nice helping staff. Rooms are excellent clean with mount ever-est view.

Kutir resort is at prime location near phew a lake. Stay was very nice and staffs were very helpful. Overall nice stay

Bad experience. No hot water, swimming pool not usable. Price is too high compare to the property.

It's located very close to the phew a lake making it just a 5 min walking distance. The room was clean and hygienic. I would love to stay at that place again.
