We had a decent stay. The best thing about the place is it’s huge pool and vibrant poolside. Rest is okay! Casino attracts many people here, however, the crowd of the Casino is not that great.

nice property with full of amenities.. but staff should be bit cooperative with the clients… asked for the blanket for driver in car they denied and we paid for extra bed and we said just give the blanket to driver no extra bed is required in room we will manage.. they should show some generosity to humanity atleast in winters

Our stay at tiger palace was great ! the staff was really amicable and went out of their way to serve us. The buffet spread at breakfast was decent and the food was delicious. There were an issue with regards to the air conditioning but that was sorted by the hotel staff promptly. In all we had a lovely stay and would recommend this property for a comfortable stay in lumbini and surrounding areas.

We reached hotel late night at around 9pm. I was with my wife and kid. i had chosen this hotel because of the kids facility available, so swlf and wife could enjoy the casino. also, my kid wanted to enjoy the pool. but to our surprise, the pool was closed for maintenance and the kids area was unmanned. we were asked to stay with the kid.. there was no one to see the kids. and so we ended up not enjoying our stay as planned. my kid is 4 yr old. however, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the food. it is at par with any other 5 star hotel as per pricing. the food was the only grace that saved the day. even for request to checkout post lunch at the restaurant the receptionist agreed for only 1 hour delay, instead of 12noon; 1 pm.which i felt was not welcoming. we then decided to not to have lunch there and left by 12 noon itself.
