Normal hotel... staff was good... room was clean.....

recently had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience feel welcoming and hassle-free. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The food served at the in-house restaurant was delicious and hygienic

The hotel was really good .The main thing is that the property was in the main market area and the rooms were good neat and clean.Staff was also good and polite

The hotel staff was good especially Nick who guided us well. Though the property rooms are quite spacious, they need to have ventilation in bathrooms. Everything else was good including food

Amazing staff and great service. Rooms were luxurious and extremely neat and clean. We booked 6 rooms and everyone wanted to spend one more day at the property. It is a different experience as the rooms are kind of similar to European style rooms.

Customer request not considered and bank plat chargeable as per receptionist room very clean and staff not supported

Hotel Room is good , Their is only one Charging plug point which was defective. They provide only 1 water bottle and 1 glass in double occupancy. No tea pot was in Room. Their was lot of mosquitoes in Room.

Terrible room very less light inside bad condition bathroom no hot water ! taken more money for such room ! and when we checkout they say you didnt pay to stay in this hotel while we paid but we have to stay in they other hotel they checked us in at night without knowing that we booked their other hotel ! and asked us to pay again !

The hotel was clean and located on the highway. Indian food was also available on menu and good in taste. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Room was large. Toilet is very good. Large wardrobes are there. But the lock was creating problems. No electric kettle was there

Hotel lacoul inn the hotel is good. Room sizes and interior is also good. Location is near sunauli border. The staff, service and food quality is very good. The only problem i identified is no facility for driver.
