Our stay at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a very fresh, clean, and modern feel. Rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had great views. Housekeeping was excellent and ensured everything was perfect. The hospitality of the staff truly stands out. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special mention to the front desk and restaurant team for their warm behaviour. Overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and memorable stay for our family. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Kathmandu!

My room was booked as king size bed with breakfast. But the hotel staff said my booking was without breakfast. Luckily MakeMyTrip had sent me email confirming my booking was with breakfast. I had to show them the email to confirm my booking with breakfast. The quality of food was bad. The food was tasteless. There were very less items in the buffet dinner. Also there were very less channels in the TV with frequent disruptions

Hyatt Centric Soalteemode, best choice for a luxury hotel in Kathmandu. Not in the chaotic location of Thamel yet a few minutes away from all the action. Awesome staff, great food and really spacious and comfy rooms. Special mention for Sonam at the reception. We were given early check in on request and late check out too. What else can you ask for. Will be back soon for sure. Also, do check out their new rooftop bar Zing for some awesome cocktails.

The hotel is at a good location, easily navigated by local taxis and cabs. The ambience is nice and the property has good architecture. The staff is super nice and warm. Very helpful with guiding about the local sightseeing options too. There is an ATM vestibule too within the hotel premises so that's helpful as well. The buffet options aren't that great for lunch and dinner so for that I would recommend local restaurants but the breakfast at the hotel is nice
