Hotel Crystal Pashupati

Very Good Fascility in this hotel and staff is very helpful also location is good and parking faccility os also good

Stay was good. Nearest to Pashupati Nath Temple, one can go by walk only. But food was okay, not so good.

Good hotel with best staff where the management were very helpful and best location very neat clean room with city view was there restaurant services and food quality and taste was really nice indian food was also tasting same they take care of kids food taste as well.

have already shared a detailed feedback to MMT 1. I booked this hotel basis the star review. all are fake reviews 2. My stay started with issues like no mini bar despite MMT confirmation voucher 3. I paid for 3 members but basic amenities like water, towel, brush all were given for 2 people 4. when asked for water bottles, am getting rudely reminded that I have consumed for the day quota. I told them to charge but the response was pathetic, in the end I bought my own water bottles 5. food charges are too high compared to nearby hotels with the same menu, I had only one food in hotel and later I chose to eat somewhere else 6. Breakfast is more pathetic. Food was served cold like bhaji, puri , bread (machine was not working). there was no attendant or person interested to see what was being served. no wonder where they were busy. I had 2 breakfast but I decided to let go 1 and did an early check out

The hotel is good,but excellent,,,,, breakfast is limited.... money points are a little bit expensive ....but it's near to pashupati temple.

Very noisy hotel. Construction work is going on not advise for stay. Bathroom is very small means very small

Beautiful clean spacious rooms and warm hospitality of the employees - front office, restaurant and the driver. Very supportive and polite. It is just a walking distance to the prasupatinath temple.
