Arushi Boutique Hotel

The property is very good and clean. We had booked for 2 days but because of flight cancellation and delays we did one day late check in. we couldn't modify as it was already late and did not get an option. So we asked for a complementary lunch and they denied that.

It is a nice and clean boutique hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out in the evening and the view is quite nice from there. The cleaning staff can be a bit better with the cleaning and changing bed sheets.

Everything is superb except that phone was not working. I have reach them on whatsapp but still they responded on time. Very pleasant stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at arushi boutique hotel, kathmandu and i am thrilled to share my positive experience. From the moment i arrived, the warm welcome from staff set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The dining options were outstanding. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a diverse selection of fresh and tasty options. The attentive service and the beautiful presentation of the food truly enhanced the dining experience. Overall, my stay was pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel was good and clean. They denied breakfast that was included in our stay despite showing the mm t voucher. They asked for additional charge for breakfast.

The room was quite spacious with attached balcony for fresh air. It was a decent hotel with great hospitality. I wish they had more variety in the food menu. I wanted to mention the name of front desk staff apsara who was very cordial in making us comfortable in the hotel and in the journey throughout.

We are family of 8 so i have booked 4 rooms in this property but when we reached there they offered us 3 rooms in this building in different storey. They asked us for 1room in a guest house type hotel. Next day they gave us one room at different storey in this hotel.

Arushi boutique hotel was ny place with peaceful atmosphere. Food is ok but staff was friendly. Good location had a good time value for money.

The rooms is big very clean and helpful people in the staff. Little inexperienced but they try to help as much as possible to you. Food is good breakfast is satisfying just had dinner once it was good enough.

Hotel was good. Room was cosy and spacious. Breakfast was good. But a few things which made me uncomfortable here were: 1. Room was not well lit, it seemed very dark and dull despite having the best interior design. 2. Power cut many times. 3. Being on upper ground floor, my room was very noisy, i couldn't sleep properly. I could hear the noise of utensils and people on the ground floor the entire night. It was very disturbing. But overall, my stay was good. I hope they will make sure to have much better stay next time.
